1. Introduktion
This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Hysoon HS71-61 Electronic Cash Register. Designed for small businesses, this all-in-one unit integrates a cash drawer, dual display, and an auto receipt printer for efficient transaction processing.

3. Opsætning
3.1 Connecting the Cash Register
The Hysoon HS71-61 cash register is designed for plug-and-play operation. Simply connect the power cable to a suitable electrical outlet. The unit is ready for use upon powering on.
3.2 External Interface Connections
The cash register is equipped with multiple external interfaces for enhanced functionality:
- Two RS232 Ports: For connecting an external receipt printer and a barcode scanner.
- One USB Port: For connecting to computer software for data management.
- One PS2 Interface: For connecting an external keyboard for input.

4. Betjeningsvejledning
4.1 Overview af komponenter
Familiarize yourself with the main components of the cash register:
- Built-in Receipt Printer: Placeret øverst til venstre.
- 2.8-tommer farveskærm: For cashier operations.
- Kasseskuffe: Automatic opening, with 4 bill slots and 5 coin slots.

4.2 Tastaturfunktioner
The keyboard is designed for user-friendly operation. Key functions are color-coded:
- Blå knapper: Represent departments, which can also be used as categories.
- Green Buttons: Represent product codes, scannable by a barcode scanner.
- Red and Yellow Buttons: Represent various function keys.

4.3 Clerk Setting
To set up or modify clerk information, follow these steps:
- Press the 'MENU/ZERO' key.
- Choose 'Setting' and press 'SUBTOT'.
- Choose 'Clerk Program' and press 'SUBTOT'.
- Enter the Clerk Number and press 'SUBTOT'.
- Enter the name and password for the clerk.
- Press 'SUBTOT' to confirm and proceed to the next clerk setting, or press 'Cash' to exit.
Note: For each sale, the password of the corresponding clerk must be entered.

4.4 Customizing Receipts
You can customize the content of your receipts (header and footer) by following these steps:
- Press the 'MENU/ZERO' key.
- Choose 'Setting' and press 'SUBTOT'.
- Choose 'Bill Program' and press 'SUBTOT'.
- Enter the Serial Number of the bill and press 'SUBTOT'.
- Enter the content for the receipt and press 'SUBTOT'.
- Choose whether this content is for the header or tail of the receipt.
- Choose if the content is text or an image (images must be uploaded via computer software).
- Choose if the content needs to be centered or left-aligned.
- Choose the size of the content font.
- Press 'SUBTOT' to confirm and proceed to the next setting, or press 'Cash' to exit.
4.5 One-Click Tax Exemption
The cash register includes a one-click tax exemption feature. Refer to the user manual's tax settings section or contact technical support for detailed instructions on how to configure this function.
4.6 Management Software
The Hysoon cash register supports connection to computer software for managing goods, receipts, and other information. While the software is global, some functions may not be compatible with the specific firmware of this cash register model. This software can greatly reduce your workload and increase efficiency when dealing with large amounts of data.

5. Vedligeholdelse
5.1 Rengøringsinstruktioner

6. Fejlfinding

- Printeren udskriver ikke: Check if thermal paper is loaded correctly and if there are any paper jams. Verify printer settings.

- Tastatur reagerer ikke: Tjek for eventuelle snavs under tasterne.
- Softwareforbindelse: Ensure the USB cable is properly connected and the correct drivers are installed on your computer.
