4.1. Setting Timecode Input Source

• GEN (Generate) Source: To use the MTC-20 as a timecode generator, select "GEN". In this mode, the MTC-20 generates timecode internally, which is then output via MIDI OUT, USB, and LTC OUT. You can set the hours, minutes, and seconds, and choose the time frame format (24, 25, 30DF, 30).

Note: When the timecode input source is "USB/MIDI/LTC", the timecode is externally input, and therefore the timecode and time frame cannot be set directly on the device.
