2. Sikkerhedsinstruktioner

Before operating the Donper XF124, please read and understand all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to the machine.

3. Opsætning og installation

1. Udpakning: Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
2. Placering: Place the machine on a stable, level countertop capable of supporting its weight (189 pounds). Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clear space around all sides for proper air circulation.
3. Strømtilslutning: Connect the machine to a dedicated 115V, single-phase, 60 Hz electrical outlet with an L5-20P plug type. Do not use extension cords.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

1. Forbered blanding: Prepare your frozen drink mix according to the recipe. Ensure the mix is properly chilled before adding it to the machine for optimal performance.
2. Fyld tragten: Pour the prepared mix into the refrigerated hopper. The hopper has a capacity of 19 Qt (18 L). Do not overfill.
3. Activate Hopper Cooling: Turn the "HOPPER COOLING" switch to the "ON" position. This precools the mix, leading to faster recovery and freeze times.
4. Start med at fryse: Turn the main power switch to the "ON" position. The machine will begin the freezing process. The mechanical consistency control will ensure the desired frozen drink consistency.
5. Udlevering: Once the mix reaches the desired consistency, pull the dispensing handle forward to serve. Release the handle to stop dispensing.
6. Mix Low Indicator: The "MIX LOW" indicator light will illuminate when the mix level in the hopper is low, signaling that a refill is needed.

5. Vedligeholdelse og rengøring

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygienic operation of your Donper XF124 machine.

Daglig rengøring:

1. Empty Machine: Dispense any remaining product mix.
2. Sluk: Turn the main power switch to "OFF" and unplug the machine.
