Komponent overview
The AZZA Cube 360 AIO Liquid Cooler consists of a radiator with three fans, a pump integrated into the waterblock, and connecting tubes. The waterblock features an 85mm tall design for efficient heat transfer.

Trin-for-trin installation
- Forbered bundkort:
- For Intel sockets, install the appropriate backplate behind the motherboard.
- Install the correct standoffs onto the motherboard for your CPU socket type.
- If thermal paste is pre-applied to the cold plate, ensure it is clean and intact. If not, apply a small amount of high-quality thermal paste to the center of your CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS).

The radiator comes with three 120mm fans pre-installed. These fans feature a vortex design for efficient airflow and quiet operation, with speeds up to 2000 RPM and noise levels of 34 dB (A).

- Mount the 360mm radiator to an available fan mounting location in your PC case (typically top or front). Use the provided long screws to secure the radiator and fans to the case.
- Ensure the tubing has enough slack to reach the CPU socket without excessive tension or sharp bends.
- Mount Waterblock/Pump:
The waterblock features a patented design with the pump embedded in an aluminum alloy base, minimizing vibration and enhancing safety. It also incorporates patented rectangular radiator fins and flat water channels for improved heat dissipation.

- Attach the correct mounting brackets for your CPU socket to the waterblock.
- Carefully align the waterblock over the CPU, ensuring the thermal paste makes even contact.
- Secure the waterblock to the motherboard using the provided thumb screws or nuts, tightening them in a diagonal pattern until snug. Do not overtighten.
- Tilslut kabler:
- Connect the pump's 3-pin power cable to a CPU_FAN or AIO_PUMP header on your motherboard. Consult your motherboard manual for the correct header.
- Connect the fan power cables (typically 4-pin PWM) to available fan headers on your motherboard or a fan controller.
- Connect the ARGB (Addressable RGB) cables from the fans and pump to a compatible 5V ARGB header on your motherboard or an ARGB controller. Ensure the voltage is correct (5V, not 12V) to prevent damage.
Operation

After completing the installation, double-check all connections. Power on your system. The fans and pump should start operating, and the ARGB lighting should illuminate. Monitor your CPU temperatures using system monitoring software to ensure proper cooling.
ARGB-lysstyring
The AZZA Cube 360 supports ARGB lighting. If connected to a compatible motherboard header, you can control the lighting effects using your motherboard's RGB software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync). If using a dedicated ARGB controller, refer to its manual for lighting adjustments.
Fan and Pump Speed
The fan and pump speeds are typically controlled via the motherboard's BIOS/UEFI settings or through motherboard-specific software. You can adjust fan curves to balance cooling performance and noise levels. The pump is designed to run at a consistent speed for optimal liquid circulation.
