2. Opsætning og første brug
2.1 Tænd
The Creader Elite is designed for plug-and-play operation. Simply connect the device to your vehicle's OBDII port. The device will power on automatically. No prior registration is required for initial use.
2.2 Køretøjskompatibilitet
This OBD2 scan tool is specifically designed for 12V vehicles. It is not compatible with 24V trucks or other 24V vehicles. Ensure your vehicle's voltage is 12V before connecting the device.
2.3 AutoVIN Technology
The device features AutoVIN technology, which automatically identifies your vehicle's make, model, and year information upon connection, streamlining the diagnostic process.

3. Betjeningsvejledning
3.1 OE-Level Full Systems Diagnostics
The LAUNCH Creader Elite can perform in-depth diagnostics on all available modules within your Toyota or Lexus vehicle. This includes reading and clearing fault codes, viewing live data streams from multiple sensors (in text, graph, or analog format), analyzing freeze frame data, and accessing ECU information. This comprehensive scan helps quickly identify vehicle faults across various systems.

3.2 Tovejsstyring / Aktiv test

4.1 Softwareopdateringer
The LAUNCH Creader Elite offers lifetime free software updates via Wi-Fi. This allows you to access the latest features and support for a wider range of vehicle models without any subscription fees. Updates can be performed with a single click directly on the device, eliminating the need for SD cards, cables, or a PC.

4.2 Rengøring og opbevaring
To maintain the device, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. Store the scanner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
5. Fejlfinding
5.1 Enheden tændes ikke
Ensure the device is properly connected to the vehicle's OBDII port. Verify that the vehicle's ignition is on. If the device still does not power on, ensure the vehicle's battery has sufficient charge. The device requires a 12V power supply from the vehicle.
5.2 Kommunikationsfejl
If the scanner fails to communicate with the vehicle, check the OBDII cable connection. Ensure the vehicle's ignition is on and the vehicle's battery is not critically low. Try connecting to a different vehicle to rule out a vehicle-specific issue. If communication issues persist, a factory reset of the device may be necessary, followed by a software update.
5.3 Sletning af fejlkoder
Fault codes can only be cleared after the underlying problem that caused the code has been fixed. Clearing codes without addressing the issue will likely result in the codes reappearing.
