3. Opsætning og klargøring

Both the remote transmitter and the receiver collar are rechargeable. Use the provided USB charging cable to charge both units simultaneously. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours. The receiver can last up to 30 days on standby, and the remote up to 60 days.

3.2 Adjusting the Collar Strap

The collar strap is adjustable from 0-27 inches, suitable for dogs weighing approximately 8-120 lbs. To extend the length, pull the strap off from the lock point and slide it from the back until it reaches the maximum length. To shorten, remove the strap from the lock buckle and slide it closer to the receiver. Ensure the end side of the strap is securely put in the lock buckle to prevent accidental pulling off by dogs.

3.3 Installing Contact Points

Select the appropriate contact points (long for thick-haired dogs, short for short-haired dogs) and screw them into the receiver until tight. For dogs with thick or long hair, use the included spring sheet to enhance the shock mode effectiveness. Use the test lamp to ensure proper functioning and tightness of the contact points. Firmly push the rubber caps onto the contact points to prevent them from falling off easily and to provide comfort for your dog.

3.4 Proper Collar Fit

A proper fit is crucial for the collar's effectiveness and your dog's comfort. The collar should be snug enough for the contact points to touch your dog's neck, but not too tight. A good rule of thumb is that you should be able to slide one finger between the strap and your dog's neck. This ensures the collar is not too loose or too restrictive.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

4.1 Pairing the Receiver and Remote

To begin the pairing process, ensure the receiver is turned off. Press and hold the power button on the receiver for 3 seconds until the light flashes alternately between red and green. Next, press and hold the remote's Beep and Vibration buttons simultaneously to pair with the receiver collar. Once successfully paired, the receiver collar will beep twice, and the green light will flash three times.

• Beep (Standard): Produces an audible tone to get your dog's attention.
• Vibration (Standard): Delivers a gentle vibration.

5. Vedligeholdelse

To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your Bousnic Dog Shock Collar, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Keep both the remote and receiver dry when not in use.

• Charge the devices as needed, following the recommended 2-3 hour charging time. Avoid overcharging.
• Periodically check the contact points for wear and tear. Replace if necessary.
