Opsætning

1. Udpakning og rengøring: Remove all packaging materials. Wash the carafe, brew basket, and water reservoir with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
2. Position the Brewer: Place the coffee brewer on a flat, stable surface.

6. Secure Brew Basket and Carafe: Ensure the filter basket is properly secured in its position. Place the lid on the carafe securely and position the carafe under the filter basket. It is crucial that the protrusion on the carafe lid engages the "pause & serve" mechanism under the filter basket for seamless coffee brewing and to prevent overflow.

Your Bonavita Enthusiast is designed for simple, one-touch operation.

Brygning af kaffe:

1. Ensure the brewer is properly set up with water, filter, and coffee grounds.
2. Tryk på Magt knappen for at tænde for maskinen.
3. Tryk på Brygge button to start the brewing cycle. The machine will brew a full pot (up to 8 cups) at optimal temperatures (194°–205°F / 90°–96°C) in under 7 minutes.
4. The "pause & serve" feature allows you to temporarily remove the carafe during brewing to pour a cup, though it's recommended to wait until the full brew cycle is complete for best results.

Using the Bloom Feature (Pre-infusion):

The optional Bloom mode gently pre-wets coffee grounds before brewing, allowing them to "bloom" and release gases, resulting in a richer, fuller extraction.

1. After setting up the brewer, press the Magt knap.
2. Tryk på Bloom button. The machine will pre-wet the grounds, pause briefly, and then continue with the full brewing cycle.

Daglig rengøring:

• After each use, discard used coffee grounds and paper filter.
• Wash the brew basket, carafe, and carafe lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
• The removable water reservoir can also be detached and cleaned with warm, soapy water.

Mineral deposits from water can build up over time, affecting performance. Descale your brewer regularly (e.g., every 1-3 months, depending on water hardness).

2. Place an empty carafe with its lid under the brew basket.
