This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of your Singer HD6600CFR Heavy Duty 6600C Sewing Machine. Please read all instructions carefully before using the machine.

1. Opsætning
1.1 Udpakning og første inspektion
Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Ensure all components and accessories are present. The machine has been 100% inspected and sew-tested to meet SINGER Factory Testing standards.
1.2 Strømtilslutning
Connect the power cord and foot pedal to the appropriate ports on the machine. Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, flat surface.

1.3 Extension Table Attachment
The machine includes a removable extension table for larger projects. To attach, align the table with the free arm and slide it into place. To remove, slide it off. The extension table also provides accessory storage.

2. Betjeningsvejledning
2.1 Trådning af maskinen
Proper threading is crucial for optimal stitch quality. Follow the numbered guides on the machine for correct upper thread path. The thread take-up lever (located inside the machine body) pulls the thread up during sewing.
2.2 Spolning af spolen
Place a SINGER Class 15 Transparent bobbin onto the bobbin winder spindle. Follow the winding path indicated on the machine. The bobbin stopper will automatically disengage the winder when the bobbin is full.
2.3 Isætning af spolen
Open the needle plate cover. Insert the wound bobbin into the bobbin case, ensuring the thread unwinds in the correct direction. Close the cover securely.
2.4 Betjening og justeringer
- Trådspændingsknap: Adjusts the tension of the upper thread. Factory set to 4, adjust as needed for different fabrics and threads. Turning right tightens, turning left loosens.
- Justering af trykfodstryk: This knob adjusts how hard the presser foot pushes on the fabric. It is factory preset and generally does not require adjustment.
- Baglæns syhåndtag: Hold this lever down to sew in reverse, useful for securing stitches at the beginning and end of a seam.
- Needle Position Dial: Allows you to move the needle position left or right, useful for precise stitching or specific techniques like zipper insertion.
- Stingbredde-knap: Styrer bredden af zigzag- og pyntesømme.
- Stinglængde-drejeknap: Controls the length of stitches.
2.5 Valg af sting
The machine offers 215 stitch applications, including basic, stretch, and decorative stitches, and 6 one-step buttonhole styles. Refer to the stitch chart on the machine for available options.
2.6 Syning
Place your fabric under the presser foot and lower the presser foot lever. Begin sewing by gently pressing the foot pedal. Use the Needle Up/Down feature for convenience when pivoting fabric.
3. Vedligeholdelse
3.1 Cleaning the Needle Plate Area
Regularly clean the area under the needle plate to remove lint and thread buildup, which can affect stitch quality. Unscrew the needle plate and use the included brush to clear any debris.

3.2 Generel rengøring
