Opsætning
1. Udpakning og inspektion
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the dust extractor, sander, and accessories for any signs of damage. If any components are damaged or missing, do not operate the unit and contact 3M customer support.
2. Dust Extractor Setup
- Ensure the dust extractor is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Verify that the HEPA filters are correctly installed. The dust extractor includes two HEPA filter cartridges.
- Attach the poly filter bag inside the dust extractor if not already installed.
- Connect the conductive hose to the dust extractor's inlet port.

3. Sander Setup and Connection
- Ensure the sander's power cord is unplugged before attaching the dust hose.
- Attach the 1-inch external threaded vacuum hose (sold separately) to the rear threaded attachment of the sander. This connection is designed for easy and secure attachment/detachment.
- Securely connect the other end of the vacuum hose to the dust extractor.
- Attach a 3M Xtract Net Disc to the sander's pad. These discs are engineered to work optimally with the dust extraction system, allowing up to 97% dust extraction.

Betjeningsvejledning
1. Tænd/sluk
- Plug the sander's power cord into a 110V outlet.
- The dust extractor features automatic on/off compatibility with both pneumatic and electric sanders. When the sander is turned on, the dust extractor will automatically activate.
- To turn on the sander, press the power button located on the top of the tool.
- To turn off the sander, press the power button again. The dust extractor will automatically shut off shortly after the sander.

- The sander offers 7 speed settings, allowing for precise control over material removal.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the sander to adjust the speed. Higher speeds are more aggressive and suitable for rapid material removal, while lower speeds are ideal for fine finishing.

- Flat Surfaces: For flat surfaces, apply even pressure and move the sander in overlapping passes. The precision-balanced motor helps maintain smooth operation.
- Curved or Irregular Surfaces: The sander's design allows for effective sanding on curved items. Maintain consistent contact with the surface, even at angles, to ensure continuous rotation and optimal sanding performance.
