2. Opsætning og installation

The Sengled Alexa Light Bulbs feature S1 Auto Pairing for a quick and easy setup process. No complex hubs or bridges are required.

1. Carefully screw the Sengled smart bulb into a standard E26 light socket.
2. Turn on the power to the light socket.
3. After a few seconds, your Alexa device will automatically detect and connect to the bulb. Alexa will announce, "First Light Bulb Connected" or you can say, "Alexa, Discover Devices" to initiate the discovery process.

2.2 Bluetooth Mesh Network

3. Betjening

Control your Sengled smart bulbs hands-free using Amazon Alexa voice commands. Simply speak your commands to any connected Alexa device.

• To turn on/off: "Alexa, turn on [Light Name]" or "Alexa, turn off [Light Name]".
• To adjust brightness: "Alexa, dim [Light Name] to 50%" or "Alexa, brighten [Light Name]".
• To set a scene or routine: "Alexa, start date night" or "Alexa, set coffee light schedule for 6am".

3.4 Gruppekontrol

Control multiple bulbs simultaneously by grouping them in the Alexa App. This allows you to manage entire rooms or levels of your home with a single command.

3.5 Offline tilstand

Sengled smart bulbs support localized Mesh networks, allowing them to function without constant connection to the cloud or internet. This enhances localized information security and provides direct local connection options through the Sengled Bluetooth App, requiring no account.

Sengled Alexa Light Bulbs are designed for durability and require minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines to ensure optimal performance and longevity:

• Rensning: Ensure the bulb is powered off and cool before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid or abrasive cleaners.
• Håndtering: Handle the bulbs by the base, not the glass or plastic dome, to avoid damage.
• Miljø: Use the bulbs in dry, indoor environments within their specified voltage range (100-120 Volts). Avoid exposure to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.

5. Fejlfinding

  • The Bluetooth Mesh network should improve connectivity over distance; ensure you have enough bulbs to create a robust mesh if covering a large area.

  • Verify settings in the Alexa App.
  • Ensure the bulb is not connected to a dimmer switch, as this can interfere with smart dimming functionality.
