5. Opsætning og installation

5.1 Placering af enheden

Place the unit on a firm, level surface in the desired room. Ensure there is at least 30 cm (12 inches) of clear space around the unit for proper airflow.

5.2 Montering af udstødningsslange

1. Attach the exhaust hose connector to the exhaust outlet on the back of the unit.
2. Extend the exhaust hose and attach the window kit adapter to the other end.
3. Install the window sealing kit in a suitable window opening.
4. Insert the window kit adapter into the opening of the window sealing kit, ensuring a tight seal to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

6. Betjeningsvejledning

Your Daitsu Alisios Premium APD12FX can be operated via the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

6.1 Fjernbetjeningsfunktioner

• Tænd/sluk-knap (①): Tænder eller slukker for enheden.
• Mode knap: Cycles through Cooling, Dehumidification, and Fan modes.
• Temperature Up (⌃) / Down (⌄) Buttons: Justerer den ønskede temperaturindstilling.

8.1 Rengøring af luftfilteret

2. Locate and remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit (refer to the diagram in your full manual).
3. Vask filteret med lunkent vand og et mildt rengøringsmiddel. Skyl grundigt.
4. Lad filteret lufttørre helt, før du sætter det i enheden igen.

8.2 Aftapning af vand

During dehumidification or cooling, water will accumulate inside the unit. The unit has an internal water tank that may need to be drained periodically.

1. Sluk og tag stikket ud af enheden.
2. Place a shallow pan or container under the drain port (usually located at the bottom rear of the unit).
3. Fjern aftapningsproppen/dækslet.
4. Lad alt vandet løbe ud.
5. Sæt aftapningsproppen/dækslet ordentligt på.

8.3 Opbevaring

Hvis enheden ikke skal bruges i en længere periode:

• Tøm alt ophobet vand.
• Rengør luftfilteret.
• Run the unit in fan-only mode for a few hours to dry the interior.
• Tag netledningen ud, og rul den pænt op.
