- Go to the "Settings" on your Pokémon Go app, tap the GO Plus eject icon to disconnect the pairing.

- Press the "Reset" button on the side of the device (long press for 3 seconds).
- The 247 Dual Catcher's rainbow light will blink for 10-20 seconds, indicating it is preparing for re-pairing.
