4. Opsætning

4.1. Battery Installation (Light & Sound Module)

The Light & Sound Module comes with 3 LR44 batteries pre-installed. If replacement is needed:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the Light & Sound Module, typically on the roof of the truck cabin.
2. Åbn batterirummet med en lille skruetrækker.
3. Isæt 3 nye LR44-batterier, og sørg for at polerne vender korrekt (+/-).

4.2. Deploying Stabilizers

For stable operation of the crane, deploy the four extendable stabilizers located on the sides of the truck bed.

1. Gently pull each stabilizer downwards from its stored position.
2. Extend the inner leg of each stabilizer until it firmly touches the ground, providing a stable base for the vehicle.

4.3. Placing Pylons

Use the included pylons to simulate cordoning off a work area for added realism.

1. Place the pylons around the truck or the simulated work zone as desired.

5.1. Activating Light & Sound Module

Press the buttons on the Light & Sound Module located on the roof of the cab to activate different light and sound effects.

5.2. Extending and Retracting the Crane Boom

The crane boom can be extended and retracted manually.

1. To extend the boom, gently pull the end of the boom outwards.
2. To retract, push the boom inwards until it is fully collapsed.

5.3. Operating the Man Basket

The man basket can be raised, lowered, and rotated.

1. Hævning/sænkning: Use the crank mechanism located on the side of the crane arm to raise or lower the man basket. Turn the crank clockwise to raise and counter-clockwise to lower.
2. Rotation: The entire crane arm assembly can be rotated 360 degrees manually on its base.
3. Access Ladder: A pull-down ladder is integrated into the man basket for figures to access the platform.
4. Guardrail: The guardrail on the man basket can be adjusted or folded for easier access for figures.

5.4. Opening Cab Doors

The cab doors can be opened to place Bruder bworld figures inside the driver's cabin.
