Opsætningsvejledning
1. Opladning af enheden
Before first use, ensure the label maker is fully charged. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device and a standard USB power adapter (not included). The indicator light will flash green during charging and turn steady green when fully charged.
Vigtig: Do not use fast charging adapters, as this may damage the device. Use only standard 5V/1A USB power sources.

2. Downloading the Nelko App
The Nelko P21 Label Maker operates exclusively with the "Nelko" mobile application. Download the app from your device's app store:

Ensure your app is updated to the latest version for full functionality. For iOS, version 13.0 or later is required. For Android, version 7.0 or later is required.
3. Tilslutning via Bluetooth
- Turn on your Nelko P21 Label Maker by pressing and holding the power button until the indicator light turns on.

- Open the "Nelko" app. The app will prompt you to connect to the printer. Select "P21" from the list of available devices and confirm the connection. The indicator light on the printer will turn steady blue when successfully connected.

4. Montering af etiketbånd
- Slide the cover button to open the label compartment.
- Load the paper roll into the paper bin, ensuring the label side faces upwards and the roll is correctly seated.
- Unroll a small portion of the label tape so that it extends slightly out of the printer's exit slot.
- Close the cover firmly. Double-click the power button to calibrate the label paper. The printer will feed a small amount of paper and then stop.
Note: Do not tear or damage the green sticker on the back of the label strip, as this may affect printing performance. The Nelko P21 only supports fixed-size label tapes and does not support continuous label tapes.

The Nelko app offers a wide range of customization options for your labels:
- Design din etiket: In the Nelko app, you can choose from various templates or start a new design. Add text, QR codes, barcodes, images, time stamps, and borders. The app supports over 90 fonts and 10+ languages.
- Tilpas: Adjust font sizes, styles, and placement. Explore the "AI Gallery" for additional creative resources and icons.
- Preview: Before printing, use the preview function in the app to ensure your label appears as desired.
- Trykke: Once satisfied, tap the "Print" button in the app. The label maker will quickly print your design.

Label Compatibility and Usage
The Nelko P21 supports various fixed-size thermal labels, including 12x40mm, 14x40mm, 14x50mm, 14x75mm, and 15x30mm. While the printer outputs monochrome (black text), you can use colored pattern label tapes to create vibrant labels.

The built-in cutter ensures clean cuts for each label. After printing, gently tear the label along the cutter edge.

Rengøring af skrivehovedet
Since the Nelko P21 uses thermal printing, it does not require ink cartridges. However, regular cleaning of the print head can help maintain print quality.
- Ensure the printer is turned off and disconnected from power.
- Åbn etiketrummet.
- Gently wipe the print head (the black strip inside the compartment) with a cotton swab lightly dampafsluttet med isopropylalkohol.
- Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the cover and using the printer.
Opbevaring
Store the label maker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep label rolls sealed in their original packaging until ready for use to prevent degradation of the thermal paper.
