2. Sikkerhedsoplysninger
Always observe basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death.

4. Opsætning og indledende forberedelse
4.1 Udpakning og inspektion
Carefully remove the pump from its packaging. Inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Ensure all components listed in the packaging are present. Refer to Figure 5 for an image of the product packaging.

4.2 Påfyldning af motorolie
VIGTIG: Before starting the engine for the first time, you skal add 4-stroke engine oil (SAE 10W-30) to the oil reservoir. The engine is shipped without oil. Operating the engine without oil will cause severe damage and void the warranty.
- Placer pumpen på en plan overflade.
- Locate the oil fill cap (refer to Figure 2).
- Skru oliepåfyldningsdækslet/målepinden af og fjern den.
- Slowly add SAE 10W-30 4-stroke engine oil until it reaches the upper limit mark on the dipstick or the edge of the oil fill opening. Do not overfill.
- Sæt oliepåfyldningsdækslet sikkert på igen.
4.3 Påfyldning af brændstof
Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 or mixed fuels.
- Sørg for, at motoren er slukket og afkølet.
- Locate the fuel tank cap (refer to Figure 2).
- Skru brændstoftankens dæksel af.
- Carefully fill the fuel tank, leaving a small air gap at the top to allow for fuel expansion. Do not overfill.
- Sæt brændstoftankdækslet sikkert på igen. Tør straks spildt brændstof op.
4.4 Tilslutning af slanger
Connect appropriate suction and discharge hoses to the water inlet and outlet ports (refer to Figure 2). Ensure all connections are tight to prevent air leaks, which can affect pump performance. A foot valve with a strainer should be attached to the end of the suction hose to prevent debris from entering the pump and to maintain prime.
4.5 Spædning af pumpen
As a self-priming pump, it still requires initial priming. The pump must be filled with water before starting the engine to create a vacuum for suction.
- Remove the purge plug (priming plug) located on top of the pump housing (refer to Figure 2).
- Slowly fill the pump housing with clean water until it overflows from the priming port.
- Securely replace the purge plug.
5. Betjening
5.1 Start af motoren
- Ensure the pump is properly primed and hoses are connected.
- Open the fuel valve (if applicable).
- Move the choke lever to the "CLOSED" or "START" position (for cold starts).

- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "OPEN" or "RUN" position as the engine warms up.
5.2 Pumpning af vand
Once the engine is running smoothly, the pump will begin to draw water. Monitor the water flow and ensure there are no leaks. The pump has a maximum flow rate of 900 L/min, a maximum pumping height of 25 m, and a maximum suction depth of 5 m.

5.3 Standsning af motoren
- Move the throttle lever to the "SLOW" or "IDLE" position and allow the engine to cool down for a few minutes.
- Drej motorkontakten til "OFF"-positionen.
- Close the fuel valve (if applicable).
6. Vedligeholdelse
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your water pump.
6.1 Kontrol og skift af motorolie

- Første 20 timer: Skift motorolien efter de første 20 timers drift.
- Hver 50. time eller årligt: Change the engine oil every 50 hours of operation or at least once a year.

- Hver 100. time eller årligt: Inspect the spark plug for wear and proper gap. Clean or replace as needed.
6.4 Pump Housing Drainage
- After each use, especially before storage or in freezing temperatures, drain all water from the pump housing by removing the water drain plug (refer to Figure 2).
6.5 Opbevaring
Til langtidsopbevaring:
- Tøm brændstoftanken, eller tilsæt en brændstofstabilisator.
- Drain the carburetor bowl.
- Skift motorolien.
- Fjern tændrøret og hæld en lille mængde motorolie i cylinderen. Træk i rekylstarteren et par gange for at fordele olien, og sæt derefter tændrøret i igen.
- Clean the exterior of the pump.
- Opbevares rent, tørt og godt ventileret, væk fra direkte sollys og ekstreme temperaturer.
