2. Opsætningsvejledning

2. Placering: Place the PuraMax on a flat, stable floor surface. Important: Do not place the device on carpets or mats, as this may interfere with the internal sensors and cause malfunctions. Ensure the entrance to the cat litter tray is not blocked.
3. Install Odor Eliminator: Insert the N50 Odor Eliminator into its designated compartment.

The PuraMax incorporates an xSecure system with multiple sensors to ensure your cat's safety:

The PETKIT app allows you to manage and monitor the PuraMax remotely:

• Manual/Automatic Modes: Choose between manual cleaning or set up automatic cleaning schedules.

The PuraMax features an N50 odor eliminator that locks and decomposes odors in the waste. The waste bin cover also includes a silicone seal to prevent odor spread.

4. Vedligeholdelse

Regelmæssig rengøring:

• Waste Container: The extra-large waste container can hold waste for up to 15 days for one cat. Empty and replace the waste bag as needed.
• Cylinder Mat: The cylinder mat is scratch-proof, waterproof, anti-stick, and easy to clean. It features a leak-proof edge and can be quickly removed and reinstalled for cleaning.
• Sensorer: Periodically inspect and clean the cat presence sensor located near the entrance, as debris can accumulate and affect its functionality.

Odor Eliminator Replacement:

The N50 Odor Eliminator should be replaced periodically to maintain optimal odor control. Refer to the PETKIT app or product packaging for recommended replacement intervals.

5. Fejlfinding

  • Ensure the device is placed on a flat, stable surface, not on carpets or mats.

• "In Use" Error / Device Not Cleaning:

  • Ensure no objects are obstructing the litter box entrance or the internal components.
  • If a clump of litter is stuck in the robot arm, carefully remove it after ensuring the device is powered off.

  • Confirm your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The device does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the PuraMax during setup.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and the PuraMax device.

  • Ensure the waste bag is properly sealed and replaced regularly.
