This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Ctronics 2K Solar Security Camera. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper functionality and safety. This camera system is designed for outdoor surveillance, offering advanced features such as 2K resolution, pan/tilt capabilities, and AI/PIR detection.

4. Opsætning
4.1 Indledende opladning
Before first use, fully charge the camera's built-in battery using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the camera's charging port (located under the protective cover at the bottom) and to a 5V/2A USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
4.2 Download af app og oprettelse af konto
Download the Ctronics app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android). Søg efter "Ctronics". Once installed, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and log in.
4.3 Camera Pairing and Wi-Fi Connection
- Ensure your camera is fully charged and powered on.
- Open the Ctronics app and tap the "Add Device" or "+" icon.

- Follow the app's instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong at the installation location.

4.4 Fysisk installation
Choose a suitable outdoor location for your camera and solar panel. The solar panel should receive direct sunlight for several hours daily to ensure optimal charging. The recommended installation height for the camera is 2.6-3 meters above the ground for effective human detection.

5. Betjening af kameraet
5.1 Live View og panorering/tilt-kontrol
Open the Ctronics app and select your camera to view the live feed. Use the on-screen controls to pan the camera horizontally up to 3550 and tilt vertically up to 950, allowing for comprehensive area monitoring.

5.2 Tovejslyd
The camera supports two-way audio communication. Tap the microphone icon in the live view interface to speak through the camera's speaker, and listen to audio from the camera's microphone.

5.3 Bevægelsesdetektion og advarsler
The camera features PIR (Passive Infrared) and AI human detection. When motion or a human figure is detected, the camera will send instant alerts to your smartphone. You can adjust sensitivity settings within the app to minimize false alarms.

5.5 Optagelse og afspilning
The camera supports local storage via a TF (microSD) card (up to 128GB, not included). Recorded events can be viewed and managed through the Ctronics app's playback feature.

5.6 Multi-User Sharing and Remote Access
You can share live streams and recorded videos with family and friends directly through the Ctronics app. The camera supports remote access, allowing you to monitor your property from anywhere with an internet connection.

6. Vedligeholdelse
6.1 Battery Charging and Solar Panel Efficiency
The camera is powered by a rechargeable battery and continuously charged by the solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is clean and free from obstructions (e.g., dirt, leaves) to maximize charging efficiency. Periodically wipe the solar panel surface with a soft, damp klæde.

6.2 Rengøring
Regularly clean the camera lens and the solar panel to ensure clear image quality and efficient charging. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7. Fejlfinding
If you encounter issues with your Ctronics camera, please refer to the common problems and solutions below. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
- Kameraet opretter ikke forbindelse til Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location. Restart your router and camera.
- Dårlig videokvalitet: Tjek din Wi-Fi-forbindelses stabilitet. Sørg for, at kameralinsen er ren og fri for blokeringer.
- Problemer med bevægelsesdetektion: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity in the app. Ensure the camera's field of view is clear and not obstructed by moving objects like tree branches.
- Batteri oplades ikke: Sørg for, at solpanelet er i direkte sollys. Rengør solpanelets overflade. Kontroller forbindelsen mellem solpanelet og kameraet.
- Kamera offline: Check Wi-Fi connection. Ensure the camera battery is charged. Restart the camera.
