2. Montering

1. Place the feeding tray onto the base unit.
2. Insert the 2-way splitter into the designated slot on the base unit.
3. Place the two stainless steel bowls into the feeding tray.
4. (Optional) Attach the heightening foot pads to the bottom of the feeding tray to adjust the feeder's height according to your pet's size.

3. Click "Add Device" and select "Camera & Lock" > "Smart Camera (Wifi)".
4. Enter your phone's Wi-Fi account and password.
5. Place the QR code on your phone screen 15-20cm away from the feeder's camera until you hear a beep.
6. Tap "I Heard a prompt" in the app.
7. Once connected successfully, click "Done".

3. Food Dispensing Issues

If food is not dispensing correctly:

• Check the kibble size. Recommended kibble size is 2-12mm. Larger or irregularly shaped kibble may cause blockages.
• Ensure the food container is not overfilled, which can sometimes impede the motor.
• Verify there are no obstructions in the dispensing mechanism.
