4. Opsætning og installation

4.1. Batteriinstallation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the flood light unit.
2. Åbn batterirummets dæksel.
3. Insert three (3) C cell batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Securely close the battery compartment cover to maintain the IP65 seal.

4.2. Montering af lyset

Choose a mounting location that provides optimal coverage and motion detection. The light can be mounted on a wall or other flat surface.

1. Hold the light unit against the desired mounting surface and mark the locations for the mounting screws.
2. Drill pilot holes if necessary, especially for masonry or hard surfaces, and insert wall anchors if required.
3. Align the light unit with the drilled holes and secure it using the provided mounting screws.
4. Adjust the angle of the two light heads to direct illumination as needed.

5. Betjeningsvejledning

5.1. Bevægelsessensorens funktionalitet

The flood light is equipped with a motion sensor that detects movement within its range. When motion is detected, the light will automatically turn on. After a period of no detected motion, the light will automatically turn off to conserve battery life.

5.2. Light Sensor (Dusk-to-Dawn)

A built-in light sensor ensures that the flood light only activates during nighttime hours or in low-light conditions. This prevents the light from turning on unnecessarily during the day, further extending battery life.

6. Vedligeholdelse

6.1. Udskiftning af batteri

When the light output appears dim or the light does not activate consistently, it is time to replace the batteries. A convenient low battery red light indicator will also signal when batteries need changing.

1. Åbn batterirummets dæksel.
2. Remove the old C cell batteries.
3. Insert three (3) new C cell batteries, observing correct polarity.
4. Luk batterirummets dæksel forsvarligt.

6.2. Rensning

To maintain optimal performance and appearance, periodically clean the exterior of the flood light with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or components.
