Monteringsvejledning

The Himaly Mini Exercise Bike is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps:

1. Fastgør stabilisatorstænger: Locate the two stabilizer bars. Align each bar with the corresponding holes on the front and rear of the main unit. Secure them using the provided screws and washers. Tighten firmly with the wrench.
2. Fastgør pedaler: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The pedals are threaded differently. Screw the left pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm and the right pedal clockwise into the right crank arm. Ensure they are fully tightened to prevent loosening during use.
3. Install LCD Display Battery: The LCD display requires 1 AAA battery (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the display, insert the battery with correct polarity, and close the compartment.

Initial Setup and Placement

• Placering: Place the exercise bike on a flat, stable surface. For optimal stability and floor protection, use the included non-slip mat underneath the unit.
• Adjust Pedal Straps: The pedal straps are adjustable to accommodate different foot sizes. Loosen the straps, place your feet securely on the pedals, and then tighten the straps to ensure your feet are firmly held in place during exercise.

Justering af modstand

The Himaly Mini Exercise Bike features an adjustable tension knob to vary the resistance level of your workout. This allows you to customize the intensity to suit your fitness goals.

Brug af LCD-skærmen

The multi-function LCD display tracks your workout data in real-time. It automatically turns on when you begin pedaling and turns off after a period of inactivity.

• Funktioner: The display cycles through various metrics:
  • TID: Duration of your current workout session.
  • AFSTAND: Estimated distance covered (in meters).
  • TÆLLE: Number of pedal revolutions during the current session.
  • I ALT: Total accumulated pedal revolutions since the last reset.
  • KALORIER: Estimated calories burned during the current session.
• SCAN-funktion: The display automatically cycles through all metrics every few seconds.
• Nulstilling af data: To reset the current workout data (TIME, DISTANCE, COUNT, CALORIES), press and hold the button on the display for a few seconds until the values reset to zero. The TOTAL COUNT will not reset unless the battery is removed.

Exercise Techniques

The Himaly Mini Exercise Bike can be used for both leg and arm exercises.

• Leg Exercise: Place the unit on the floor in front of your chair. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the pedal straps. Begin pedaling in a smooth, controlled motion.
• Arm Exercise: Place the unit on a sturdy table or desk. Sit comfortably and grasp the pedals with your hands. Begin rotating the pedals in a smooth, controlled motion.

Vedligeholdelse og opbevaring
