7.3 Warranty Procedure

1. Report the suspected symptoms and provide your purchase history (order number, date) and the serial number affixed to the product body or packaging.
2. Our customer service will confirm the reported content with our technical department. If there is no current improvement method, we will provide a return number. Please write the return number in the item field of the return slip and send the main unit and all accessories back to us.
3. Please remove any items other than our product's accessories before returning and keep them on hand. If a disc or other item cannot be removed from the main unit, please notify us in advance. Also, notify us if you cannot return all accessories.
4. Defective products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return number.

7.4 Specific Response Details

The response will vary depending on the period from when the customer received the product until a defect is reported:

• Within 14 days of product arrival: If the symptoms do not improve and a defect is confirmed, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs for an exchange. If the product is not returned within 7 days of receiving the return number, the warranty content below (ii) will apply.
• 15 days to 1 year after product arrival: If the symptoms do not improve and a defect is confirmed, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs for an exchange. (Note: For backup cameras, smartphone goods, and parts, this period is 15 days to 6 months after arrival).
