4. Opsætning

4.1 Indledende opladning

1. Locate the Micro USB port on the top of the device (refer to Figure 3.3).
2. Connect the supplied Micro USB cable to the radio and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.

1. Tænd: Slide the ON/OFF switch (refer to Figure 3.4) to the "ON" position. The LCD screen will light up.

5.2 Source Selection (DAB+, FM, MP3)

Tryk på MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the available modes: DAB+ Radio, FM Radio, and MP3 Player.

5.3 DAB+ radiobetjening

1. Skift til DAB+-tilstand ved hjælp af MODE knap.
2. Fuld scanning: For first-time use or when moving to a new location, perform a full scan. Press the SCAN button. The radio will search for all available DAB+ stations and store them.

• Digital vs. analog: FM allows for weak, noisy reception. DAB+ is digital; if the signal is insufficient, you will hear nothing at all – no static or crackling. This is not a defect of the radio but an indication of insufficient DAB+ signal strength.
• "No Reception = No Sound": This is the fundamental rule for DAB+ reception.
• Location Sensitivity: DAB+ signal strength can vary greatly even within a few meters. If you experience poor reception, try moving the radio slightly to find a better signal area.
• Re-scan in New Locations: If you move to a different region or country, it is highly recommended to perform a full scan to find all available local DAB+ stations.
