General Battery Safety:

3. Opsætning

3.1 Opladning af batteriet

Before first use, fully charge the battery pack. Use only the charger specified by DURATECH for this 20V Li-ion battery pack. Refer to your charger's instruction manual for detailed charging procedures.

• Tilslut opladeren til en stikkontakt.
• Skub batteripakken ind i opladeren, indtil den klikker på plads.
• Opladerens indikatorlamper viser opladningsstatus.
• Når batteriet er fuldt opladet, skal det tages ud af opladeren.

3.2 Installation af batteripakken

To install the battery pack into a compatible DURATECH 20V cordless tool:

1. Juster batteripakken med batteriporten på værktøjet.
2. Slide the battery pack into the tool until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is fully seated and does not wobble.

3.3 Fjernelse af batteripakken

To remove the battery pack from a compatible DURATECH 20V cordless tool:

1. Locate the battery release button on the tool (usually near the battery port).

4. Betjening

• Press the power indicator button located on the battery pack.
• The 4 LED lights will illuminate to indicate the remaining charge level.

4.2 Using with Compatible Tools

This battery pack is designed to power a range of DURATECH 20V cordless tools. Simply install the charged battery pack into your tool as described in Section 3.2. The battery will provide consistent power for tasks such as drilling, driving screws, and impact wrench operations.

5. Vedligeholdelse

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your DURATECH 20V 4.0Ah Li-ion Battery Pack.

5.1 Opladning og opbevaring

• Always charge the battery pack in a well-ventilated area.
• Do not store the battery pack in temperatures exceeding 122°F (50°C) or below -4°F (-20°C).
• For long-term storage, store the battery pack in a cool, dry place, ideally at a partial charge (around 50%).
• Avoid fully discharging the battery pack before recharging, as this can reduce its lifespan.
• If storing for extended periods, recharge the battery pack every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.

5.2 Rengøring

• Keep the battery pack and its terminals clean and free of debris.
• Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down the battery pack. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
