5. Installation

The WALI GSMU001 monitor arm offers two installation methods: C-clamp and Grommet Base. Choose the method best suited for your desk.

5.1C-Clamp Installation

1. Fastgør C-clamp base to the edge of your desk. Ensure the desk thickness is between 0.39" and 1.8".
2. Spænd C-clamp screw until the base is securely fastened to the desk.
3. Insert the main pole of the monitor arm into the C-clamp grundlag.

5.3 Montering af skærmen

1. Attach the VESA plate to the back of your monitor using the appropriate screws and spacers from the hardware kit. Ensure the screws are securely tightened.
2. With assistance, slide the monitor (with the attached VESA plate) onto the arm's mounting head.
3. Secure the monitor to the arm by tightening the locking screw on the VESA plate.

5.4 Connecting USB Ports

Connect the two USB 3.0 cables from the monitor arm base to available USB 3.0 ports on your computer for convenient access.

6. Justeringer og betjening

The WALI GSMU001 monitor arm offers a wide range of adjustments to achieve your desired ergonomic position.

6.1 Justering af gasfjederspænding

The gas spring tension needs to be adjusted according to your monitor's weight to ensure smooth movement and stable positioning. Use the provided Allen wrench to adjust the tension screw located on the arm.

• Turn clockwise for lighter monitors (to reduce tension).
• Turn counter-clockwise for heavier monitors (to increase tension).

Note: Keep the arm in a horizontal level position while adjusting the tension for accurate results.
