Initial Burn-in (Recommended)

To eliminate any manufacturing odors, it is recommended to run the bread maker empty for a short cycle.

  1. Place the empty baking pan (without ingredients) into the bread maker.
  2. Luk låget.

  4. Select a basic baking program (e.g., "Basic Bread") and press "Start/Stop". Allow it to run for approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Press "Start/Stop" to cancel the program, then unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely.
  6. Ventilate the area during this process.

Note: A slight odor or smoke may be present during the first use; this is normal and will dissipate.

Grundlæggende trin til brødbagning

  1. Forbered ingredienser: Measure all ingredients precisely. Add liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last, ensuring it does not touch liquids or salt initially.
  2. Placer panden: Insert the baking pan with the kneading paddle attached into the bread maker.
  3. Tilføj ingredienser: Carefully add ingredients to the baking pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids, then dry, then yeast).
  4. Luk låget: Sørg for, at låget er forsvarligt lukket.

  6. Choose Loaf Size: Press the "WEIGHT" button to select 500g or 750g.

  9. Delay Bake (Optional): To use the delay timer (up to 15 hours), set your program, loaf size, and crust color, then press the "PRE-SET" button to adjust the delay time. Finally, press "START/STOP".
  10. Slut på cyklus: The bread maker will beep when the program is complete. It will automatically enter a 60-minute "Keep Warm" function.
  11. Fjern brød: Unplug the appliance. Using oven mitts, carefully remove the baking pan. Invert the pan to release the bread. If the kneading paddle remains in the bread, remove it carefully with a non-metallic utensil.
  12. Koldt brød: Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
