Opsætning
1. Placering af ladestation
Place the charging dock against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1.5 meters (5 feet) in front and 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) on either side. Connect the power adapter to the dock and plug it into a power outlet.
2. Første opladning
Place the robot onto the charging dock. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the dock. The robot will begin charging automatically. For first-time use, fully charge the robot for approximately 3.5 hours before its initial cleaning cycle.
3. App-forbindelse
Download the "360 Robot" app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your 360 S8 to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only). For a visual guide, search for "App Connection Guide for 360 S8" on YouTube.
4. First-Time Cleaning and Map Creation
For optimal performance, allow the robot to start its first cleaning cycle from the charging dock and complete a full cleaning of your entire home. This process allows the robot to create an accurate map of your living space, enabling advanced features like selective room cleaning and no-go zones. Ensure cables and small obstacles are cleared to prevent tangling.
5. Multi-Floor Mapping
The 360 S8 supports multi-floor mapping. To map another floor, move both the charging dock and the robot to the new floor. Initiate a full cleaning cycle from the dock on the new floor. Once the map is created, the robot will recognize the floor plan when moved to that area in subsequent cleanings.
