Opsætning

1. Første opladning

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source. The LED indicators on the case will show charging status.

2. Parring med en enhed

1. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case lid is closed.
2. Åbn låget til opladningsetuiet. Ørepropperne tændes automatisk og går i parringstilstand.
3. Aktiver Bluetooth på din enhed (smartphone, tablet, bærbar computer).
4. Søg efter "WENKEY E2" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, you will hear an audible confirmation, and the earbuds' indicator lights will turn off.

The WENKEY E2 earbuds feature one-step auto-pairing. After the initial pairing, they will automatically connect to the last paired device when the case is opened.

3. Replacing Eartips

For optimal sound quality and comfort, select the eartip size that best fits your ears. The WENKEY E2 comes with 5 sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL). To replace, gently pull off the current eartip and push on the desired size, ensuring it is securely attached.

The WENKEY E2 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud for managing audio playback, calls, and voice assistant activation.

Brug af enkelt ørepropper

Either earbud can be used independently as a Bluetooth headset. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect to your device if previously paired. This allows you to stay aware of your surroundings while still enjoying audio or taking calls.

Opretholdelse

Rensning

• Rengør regelmæssigt ørepropperne og opladningsetuiet med en blød, tør og fnugfri klud.
• Fjern ørepropperne, og rengør dem med mild sæbe og vand, hvis det er nødvendigt. Sørg for, at de er helt tørre, før du sætter dem på igen.

• The earbuds offer up to 5 hours of listening on a single charge, with the charging case providing an additional 45 hours, totaling 50 hours of playtime. A quick 10-minute charge can provide up to 1 hour of playtime.

Vandmodstand

The WENKEY E2 earbuds are IPX6 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to high-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Do not expose the charging case to water.

Fejlfinding

Øretelefoner parrer/forbinder ikke

• Sørg for, at begge øretelefoner er fuldt opladede.
• Placer begge ørepropper tilbage i opladningsetuiet, luk låget, vent et par sekunder, og åbn derefter låget igen for at aktivere parringstilstand igen.
• Sluk og tænd for Bluetooth på din enhed.
• Forget "WENKEY E2" from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.
• Ensure your device is within the 33-foot (10-meter) Bluetooth range.
