1. Produktet er slutview

The Revotech Indoor Mini POE IP Camera is a compact security camera designed for indoor surveillance. It features a 3.0 Megapixel 1/3'' CMOS Sensor, providing clear 2304 x 1296P resolution at 20 frames per second. This camera supports Power Over Ethernet (POE) for simplified installation and includes an audio function with a built-in microphone.

Vigtige bemærkninger:

• This camera is powered by POE and requires connection to an 802.3AF Standard 48V POE Switch. It also has an auxiliary power connector for use with a conventional 12V 2A power supply as a Non-POE IP camera.
• The camera defaults to 3MP and H.265 encoding. If your Network Video Recorder (NVR) does not support these specifications, the camera can be configured to 1080P (2MP) and H.264.
• Due to its compact size, the camera may generate heat during operation. This is normal and safe.

3. Opsætning og installation

3.1 Tænd/sluk kameraet

The camera supports two power methods:

• Power Over Ethernet (POE): Connect the camera's RJ-45 port directly to an 802.3af standard 48V POE switch or POE injector. This method provides both power and data through a single Ethernet cable, simplifying wiring.
• 12V DC strøm: If POE is not available, the camera can be powered by a conventional 12V 2A DC power supply (not included) using its auxiliary power connector.

3.2 Fysisk installation

The camera is designed for easy installation with its compact size and included camera stand. It can be mounted on walls or ceilings.

• Identify a suitable indoor location for surveillance.
• Use the included screws to secure the camera's mounting bracket to the desired surface.
• Adjust the camera's angle using the mounting bracket for optimal viewing.

3.3 Indledende konfiguration

After physical installation and power connection, the camera needs to be configured for network access and viewing.

• Connect the camera to your network via the RJ-45 Ethernet port.
• The camera's IP address is dynamic by default. You may need to use a camera searching utility or check your router's connected devices to find its assigned IP address.

4.2 Fjernbetjening Viewing

• Smartphone app: Use the "NVSEE Int 'I" app, available for iOS, Android, and Windows systems, to view live footage and playback recordings remotely.
• CMS Software: For Windows computers, CMS software is available to manage and view multiple cameras. (Note: This software is not compatible with MAC OS or Linux).

• Camera Not Connecting to NVR/VMS:
  • Ensure the camera's ONVIF port is correctly set (default is 6688). Some NVR/VMS systems may require this to be manually configured on their side if the camera's software does not allow changing it.
  • Verify the RTSP port (often 8554) is correctly configured in your NVR/VMS software.
  • Confirm that the NVR/VMS supports the camera's default 3MP resolution and H.265 encoding. If not, configure the camera to 1080P (2MP) and H.264.
  • Check network connectivity. Ensure the camera has a valid IP address and can communicate with your network.

• Camera Constantly Trying to Connect to Internet:
  • If the camera is intended for a local network only, access its web GUI and disable any cloud or internet-related settings. Some users report the camera attempting internet connections even after disabling these settings; this behavior may require advanced network configuration (e.g., firewall rules) to restrict.
