Opsætning
Initial Winding and Setting:
- Skru kronen af: Gently unscrew the crown counter-clockwise until it pops out to position 1.

- Sikr kronen: Once time and date are set, push the crown back in and screw it down clockwise firmly against the case to ensure water resistance. Do not force it.

When fully wound, the Calibre 400 offers a power reserve of approximately 5 days (120 hours). If the watch is not worn for an extended period, it may stop. Simply follow the initial winding steps in the "Setup" section to restart it.
Using the Uni-directional Rotating Bezel:
The watch features a uni-directional rotating bezel, designed for timing dives or other events. It rotates only counter-clockwise to prevent accidental increases in timed duration, which is a critical safety feature for divers.
- Aligning the Bezel: Rotate the bezel counter-clockwise until the triangle marker (or zero marker) aligns with the minute hand.
- Timing an Event: As time passes, the minute hand will move away from the triangle marker. The elapsed time can be read directly from the bezel scale at the position of the minute hand.
