5. Opsætning
5.1. Strømtilslutning
- Connect the provided power adapter to the micro-USB port on the rear of the radio.

5.3. Initial Setup (Wi-Fi, Time, Date)
Upon first power-on, the radio will guide you through the initial setup process.

6. Betjeningsvejledning
6.1. Grundlæggende navigation

6.2. Internet radio
Access thousands of internet radio stations from around the world.
- Vælg 'Internetradio' fra hovedmenuen.
- Browse stations by categories such as 'Top Stations', 'Genre', or 'Location'.
- Use the rotary knob to select a station and press OK to start playback.

6.3. Favorite Stations and Direct Selection Keys
You can save up to 250 internet radio stations to your personal favorites list and assign 5 of them to the direct selection keys (1-5) on the front panel.

6.4. AUX-IN-tilstand
Connect external audio devices like MP3 players or smartphones to the radio.
- Connect a 3.5mm audio cable from your external device's headphone jack to the AUX-IN jack on the rear of the STERNRADIO IR 2.
- Select 'AUX-IN' from the radio's main menu.

6.5. UPnP Streaming

6.6. Alarm Clock, Snooze, and Sleep Timer

6.7. Skærmindstillinger

- Monochrome Mode: The display can be switched from full color to a monochrome (black and gray) view for reduced light emission.
- Standby display: In standby mode, the display can show time, date, and local weather information.

7. Vedligeholdelse
7.1. Rensning
To clean the radio, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish.
7.2. Batteripleje
The replaceable Lithium-ion battery should be charged regularly. If the radio will not be used for an extended period, it is advisable to fully charge the battery and then store the device in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposing the battery to extreme heat or cold.
