5. Opsætning
5.1 Assembling the Stationary Work Table
- Place the main bandsaw unit onto the designated mounting points on the work table.
- Secure the bandsaw to the table using the provided fasteners. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Juster clamping vice on the work table to accommodate your workpiece.
5.2 Montering/udskiftning af savklinge

6. Betjeningsvejledning
6.1 Generel drift
- Connect the bandsaw to a suitable power supply (230 V, 50 Hz).
- Select the appropriate band speed for the material being cut. The MBS 1100 offers variable speed up to 2.4 m/s (144 m/min).
- Ensure the workpiece is stable and properly supported.
- Activate the LED work light for improved visibility.
6.2 Stationary Use (with Work Table)
- Secure the workpiece firmly in the clamping vice on the work table.
- Adjust the cutting angle (90° or 40°) as required.
- Lower the saw blade slowly and steadily through the material. Do not apply excessive force; let the blade do the work.
- Once the cut is complete, allow the blade to stop before removing the workpiece.
6.3 Mobile Use (Handheld)
- Ensure the bandsaw is detached from the work table.
- Hold the bandsaw firmly with both hands using the ergonomic handles.
- Position the blade against the marked cutting line on the workpiece.
