1. Introduktion

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Dahua 4-channel 1080P CCTV Surveillance System, featuring the DH-XVR1A04 DVR and four 2MP outdoor cameras. 4. Opsætning

4.1. Installing the Hard Disk Drive (HDD)

The DVR requires a 3.5-inch SATA HDD (up to 6TB) for video recording. The HDD is not included and must be installed before use.

2. Connect the SATA data cable and power cable from the DVR to the HDD.
3. Secure the HDD to the DVR chassis using the provided screws.

4.2. Connecting the DVR

Upon first power-up, the DVR will guide you through an initial setup wizard. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up basic parameters such as language, date/time, network settings, and password. If an HDD is installed, the system will prompt you to format it.
