Opsætning
1. Batteriinstallation
- For den trådløse udendørssensor: Open the battery compartment on the back of the sensor. Insert 2 x AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
- For the Main Clock Unit: Open the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Insert 4 x AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
Important: For optimal synchronization, it is recommended to insert batteries into the outdoor sensor first, then into the main clock unit. If initial synchronization fails, remove batteries from both units, wait for 30-60 minutes, then reinsert batteries into the sensor first, followed by the main unit.

2. Sensorplacering
Place the wireless outdoor sensor in a shaded, dry location, protected from direct sunlight and precipitation, within 100 feet (30 meters) of the main clock unit. Ensure there are no major obstructions like thick walls or large metal objects that could interfere with the wireless signal.

3. Atomic Time Synchronization (WWVB)
Upon battery installation, the clock will automatically attempt to receive the WWVB radio signal from Fort Collins, Colorado, to set the correct time, date, and adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST). This process may take several minutes to several hours, depending on your location and signal strength. The atomic time reception signal icon will flash during synchronization and become solid once a successful signal is received.

Opretholdelse
