Opsætning
1. Udpakning og inspektion
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the saw for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Do not operate the saw if any damage is observed.
2. Montering af saven
For stability and safety, it is recommended to securely mount the mitre saw to a workbench or a dedicated mitre saw stand using appropriate bolts and nuts (not included). Ensure the mounting surface is stable and level.
3. Montering af savklingen
- Afbryd saven fra strømforsyningen.
- Løft den nederste klingebeskyttelse.
- Tryk på spindellåseknappen for at forhindre klingen i at rotere.
- Use the provided hex key to loosen the blade retaining bolt.
- Fjern den ydre flange og det gamle blad.
- Place the new blade onto the spindle, ensuring the rotation arrow on the blade matches the arrow on the blade guard.
- Reinstall the outer flange and tighten the blade retaining bolt securely.
- Slip spindellåsen, og sænk klingebeskyttelsen.
4. Montering af støvposen
Attach the dust bag to the dust extraction port located at the rear of the blade guard assembly. Ensure it is securely fitted to collect sawdust during operation.
Betjeningsvejledning
1. Strømtilslutning
Connect the saw to a 230V, 50Hz power outlet. Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is routed safely away from the cutting path.
2. Adjusting Mitre Angle
To adjust the horizontal cutting angle (mitre), loosen the mitre lock knob. Rotate the mitre table to the desired angle (up to 45 degrees left or right), then tighten the lock knob firmly. Common angles like 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, and 45° often have detents for quick setting.

3. Justering af skråvinkel
To adjust the vertical cutting angle (bevel), loosen the bevel lock lever. Tilt the saw head to the desired angle (typically up to 45 degrees to one side), then secure the lever. Refer to the bevel scale for precise angle settings.
4. Brug af laserguiden
Activate the laser guide by pressing its dedicated switch. The laser projects a line onto the workpiece, indicating the exact cutting path of the blade. Align your cut line with the laser for improved accuracy.
5. Fastgørelse af emnet
Always use the workpiece clamp to firmly secure the material against the fence and the mitre table. This prevents movement during cutting, ensuring safety and accuracy.

- Sørg for, at arbejdsemnet er sikkert klamped and the desired angles are set.
- Hold savhåndtaget fast.
- Press the trigger switch to start the motor and allow the blade to reach full speed.
- Slowly lower the saw blade into the workpiece, applying steady, even pressure. For radial cuts, pull the saw head forward, lower it, and push it back through the material.

- Remove the cut workpiece.
Opretholdelse
1. Rensning
Regularly clean the saw to remove sawdust and debris. Use a brush or compressed air. Ensure the ventilation openings are clear. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
2. Blade Inspection and Replacement
Inspect the saw blade before each use for sharpness and damage. A dull or damaged blade can cause kickback and poor cut quality. Replace blades as described in the "Setup" section when necessary.
3. Smøring
Periodically apply a small amount of light machine oil to the radial slide mechanism to ensure smooth operation. Avoid over-lubrication.
