Opsætning

1. Strømtilslutning

Connect the provided AC adapter to the clock's power input jack.
Plug the AC adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.

2. Battery Backup Installation (Optional)

For uninterrupted alarm function and to retain time/alarm settings during power interruptions, install backup batteries.

Locate the battery backup compartment on the rear of the clock.

Betjeningsvejledning

Atomic Time Synchronization

The clock automatically attempts to synchronize with the WWVB atomic time signal. This process may take up to 3 days to establish a strong signal. For best reception, place the clock near a window.

During the atomic signal search, the screen may temporarily go dark. It will re-illuminate once the signal is located and time is set.
The atomic clock will automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST) if the DST setting is enabled.

Setting Time Zone and DST

Use the buttons on the rear panel (refer to Figure 3).

Tryk på TIDSZONE button repeatedly to cycle through available time zones (e.g., PST, MST, CST, EST).
Tryk på DST button to toggle Daylight Saving Time ON or OFF.

Manual Time and Calendar Setting

If atomic synchronization is not desired or unavailable, you can set the time and calendar manually.

Setting Dual Alarms

The clock features two independent alarms, Alarm 1 and Alarm 2.

To activate or deactivate Alarm 1, press the ALARM 1 button. An "ALARM 1 ON" indicator will appear or disappear on the display (refer to Figure 4).

Snooze- og lysdæmperfunktion

Den store SNOOZE / DIMMER button on top of the clock serves two functions:

Udsæt: When an alarm sounds, press this button to temporarily silence the alarm for a few minutes (default snooze duration). The alarm will sound again after the snooze period.
lysdæmper: When the alarm is not sounding, press this button repeatedly to cycle through different display brightness levels (e.g., High, Medium, Low).

Opretholdelse

Rensning: Wipe the clock's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Udskiftning af batteri: Replace backup batteries annually or when the clock fails to retain settings during a power outage.
Placering: Avoid placing the clock in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in areas with high humidity.

Fejlfinding

Display is blank or dark.	Ensure the AC adapter is securely plugged into both the clock and a working power outlet. If using battery backup, the display will be dark to conserve power. It will re-light when AC power is restored. The screen temporarily goes dark while searching for the atomic signal. This is normal and will re-illuminate once synchronized. Press the SNOOZE/DIMMER button to adjust brightness.
Clock not synchronizing with atomic time.	Place the clock near a window for better signal reception. Ensure the clock is not near sources of electronic interference (e.g., TVs, computers, other electronic devices). Atomic signal reception can take up to 3 days. Be patient. Alarm does not sound during power outage.	Ensure 2 AAA backup batteries are installed and are fresh. Verify the alarm is set to "ON".
