3. Opsætning

3.1 Batteriinstallation

1. Find batterirummet på bagsiden af vækkeuret.
2. Åbn batterirummets dæksel.
3. Insert one (1) 1.5V AA alkaline battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

4.1 Aktivering/deaktivering af alarmen

• To activate the alarm, slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
• To deactivate the alarm, slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.

4.2 Using the Light and Snooze Function

• Press the light/snooze button (usually located on top of the clock) to illuminate the clock face with a white light.
• When the alarm sounds, pressing this button will activate the snooze function, silencing the alarm temporarily. The alarm will sound again after approximately 5 minutes.

• Clock Not Functioning / Alarm Not Sounding:
  • Ensure a fresh, high-quality 1.5V AA alkaline battery is installed correctly. Many issues stem from using incorrect or depleted batteries.
  • Check that the alarm ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position.
• Snooze Function Behavior:
  • The snooze duration is approximately 5 minutes.
  • Important Note for Analog Alarm Clocks: Analog alarm clocks cannot differentiate between AM and PM. If you set the alarm for 7:00 AM, and then try to set it again for 7:00 PM on the same day, the alarm will sound within approximately one hour of the current time if it falls within that 12-hour cycle. For example, if you set the alarm at 7:00 PM for 7:00 AM the next day, it will function correctly as it is outside the immediate 12-hour cycle. If you set the alarm at 9:00 PM for 7:00 AM, it will work perfectly as it is outside the snooze repetition hour.
