Setup & Bottle Replacement
Setting up your Brio water dispenser is straightforward. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface with adequate ventilation around the back. Before plugging in, ensure a water bottle is properly installed.
Loading a Water Bottle:
- Åbn dispenserens nederste kabinetdør.
- Remove the cap from your new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
- Attach the dispenser's white cap with the tubing onto the neck of the water bottle, ensuring a secure fit.
- Slide the water bottle into the lower cabinet. Ensure the tube extends to the bottom of the bottle.
- Close the cabinet door. The dispenser will automatically begin pumping water into the internal reservoirs.

Your Brio water dispenser provides three distinct water temperatures for various needs:
- Varmt vand: Ideal for instant coffee, tea, or hot cereals.
- Rumtemperatur vand: Perfect for drinking at a comfortable, unchilled temperature.
- Koldt vand: Refreshingly chilled water for immediate hydration.

Dispensering af vand:
- Place your cup or container directly under the desired spout.
- For Varmt vand, simultaneously press the red child safety lock button and the hot water dispensing button. Release both to stop the flow.
- For Rumtemperatur vand or Koldt Vand, simply press the corresponding dispensing button. Release to stop the flow.

- Empty Bottle Alert: The dispenser features smart technology that illuminates an LED indicator when the water bottle is empty, signaling it's time for a replacement.

- No Cold Water / Water is Warm: If the cold water is not dispensing at the expected temperature, try unplugging the unit for a few hours (e.g., overnight) and then plugging it back in. This can often reset the cooling system.
