This document provides essential information regarding your ASURION 3 Year Lawn & Garden Extended Protection Plan. This plan is designed to offer extended coverage for your eligible lawn and garden equipment, providing peace of mind beyond the manufacturer's warranty period.

What's Covered?
The ASURION protection plan covers specific types of malfunctions and failures after the original manufacturer's warranty has expired. This includes:
- Mechanical/electrical malfunctions: Issues arising from internal components or electrical systems.
- Failures due to normal wear and tear: Damage that occurs from regular, intended use of the product.

What's Not Covered?
It is important to understand the exclusions of this protection plan. The following are generally not covered:
- Loss, theft, and intentional damage: The plan does not cover products that are lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged.
- Scratches, dents, and dings: Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's intended function is not covered.
- Malfunctions covered by the manufacturer's warranty: During the period of the manufacturer's warranty, claims should be directed to the manufacturer.

How the Plan Works
Your ASURION protection plan activates after the manufacturer's warranty period concludes. This ensures continuous protection for your eligible product.

If a malfunction occurs that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Asurion will assist in connecting you with the manufacturer for service.
Product Eligibility and Purchase
To ensure your product is eligible for this protection plan, please note the following:
- The plan must be purchased either concurrently with the product or within 30 days of the product's purchase date.
- Pre-existing conditions of the product are not covered by this plan.
Easy Claims Process
Filing a claim with Asurion is designed to be straightforward:

- If Asurion cannot repair your covered product, they will send you an Amazon e-gift card for the purchase price of your product or provide a replacement.

Additionally, Asurion will email your plan confirmation, including the full Terms & Conditions, to the email address associated with your Amazon account within 24 hours of purchase.
