1. Introduktion

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and care of your WMF Lumero Portafilter Espresso Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

2. Sikkerhedsinstruktioner

3. Opsætning og første brug

3.1 Udpakning

3.2 Initial Cleaning and Filling the Water Tank

1. Before first use, clean the water tank, portafilter, and filter inserts with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.

3.3 Klargøring af maskinen

Before making coffee, the machine needs to be primed:

3. Turn the control dial to the coffee brewing position (kop ikon). Let water run through until the cup is full.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

4.1 Fremstilling af espresso

2. Select the appropriate filter insert (1-cup or 2-cup) and place it into the portafilter.
3. Add finely ground espresso coffee to the filter. Use the measuring spoon to add 1 scoop for a single espresso or 2 scoops for a double espresso.
4. Let tamp the coffee grounds with the flat end of the measuring spoon. Ensure the coffee is level and not overfilled.
5. Attach the portafilter to the brewing head by aligning it and turning it firmly to the right until it locks.

7. Press the 1-cup or 2-cup button on the front panel. The machine will automatically brew the espresso and stop when the programmed volume is reached.

4.2 Brug af mælkeskummeren

The integrated milk foam nozzle allows for frothing milk for cappuccinos and latte macchiatos, or dispensing hot water for tea.

2. Turn the control dial to the steam position (steam icon). Wait for the indicator light to show the machine is ready for steam.
3. Submerge the milk frother nozzle just below the surface of the milk.
4. Slowly turn the control dial to the steam release position. Steam will begin to froth the milk.
5. Move the pitcher up and down gently to create a consistent foam.
6. Once desired foam consistency and temperature are reached, turn the control dial back to the standby position.
7. Immediately clean the milk frother nozzle after use (see Maintenance section).

5. Vedligeholdelse og rengøring

5.1 Daglig rengøring

• Drypbakke: Empty and clean the drip tray daily. The drip tray has a water level indicator.
