Please read and follow the instructions in manual to keep a safe and comfortable wearing.
- Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day. If it's possible, re-position the collar on the pet's neck every 1 to 2 hours.

Before first use, fully charge both the remote transmitter and the receiver collars. The Lithium-Polymer batteries typically require 2-3 hours for a full charge and can last 15-20 days for the receiver and up to 60 days for the remote on standby.

2. Attaching Conductive Silicone Caps
To ensure comfort and prevent skin irritation, attach the conductive silicone caps to the metal contact points on the receiver collar. Push them firmly to ensure a tight fit, leaving no space between the silicone and the contact point. This prevents them from coming off easily.

Ensure the collar is properly fitted on your dog's neck. It should be snug enough for the contact points to touch the skin, but not so tight as to cause discomfort. You should be able to fit one or two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck. The adjustable nylon collar fits neck girths from 8 to 26 inches, suitable for dogs weighing 15lbs to 120lbs.
