Please read this manual carefully before operating the dehumidifier and retain it for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

3. Opsætning

3.1 Udpakning

3.2 Placering

Place the dehumidifier on a flat, stable surface in the area where humidity control is desired. Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of space around all sides of the unit for proper airflow.

3.3 Strømtilslutning

3.4 Water Drainage Options

Affugteren tilbyder to dræningsmetoder:

1. Vandtank: The dehumidifier will collect water in its internal 5.5L tank. When the tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate. You must then manually empty the tank.
2. Kontinuerlig dræning: For continuous operation without needing to empty the tank, connect a suitable drainage hose (not always included, check packaging) to the continuous drainage outlet at the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage into a floor drain or larger container.

4.1 Kontrolpanel

The control panel is located on the top of the unit and features various buttons and a digital display.

4.2 Indledende drift

1. Tilslut affugteren.
2. Press the Power button to turn the unit on. The display will show the current room humidity.
3. Use the Humidity Setting buttons (+/-) to set your desired humidity level. A common comfortable range is between 40% and 60%.
4. The unit will start operating and the compressor will engage if the room humidity is higher than the set level.

5. Vedligeholdelse

5.1 Tømning af vandtanken

When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and an indicator light will illuminate. Carefully remove the water tank from the back of the unit, empty the collected water, and then reinsert the tank firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the tank is properly seated to resume operation.

5.2 Rengøring af luftfilteret

2. Locate the air filter grille at the back of the unit.

4. Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
5. Reinsert the dry filter and close the grille.
