4. Opsætning

Follow these steps to set up your wireless system:

1. Strømforsyning til modtageren: Connect the provided 5V DC power adapter to the DC IN port on the ULM300RS receiver (Figure 3). Plug the adapter into a suitable power outlet.
2. Connecting the Receiver to an Audio System:
   • For balanced connections, use an XLR cable to connect the BAL UD port on the receiver to an XLR input on your mixer or audio interface.
   • For unbalanced connections, use a 1/4" TS cable to connect the UNBAL UD port on the receiver to a 1/4" input on your mixer or audio interface.
3. Tænd for mikrofonen: The ULM300M microphone requires 1 Lithium Ion battery (not included). Unscrew the bottom part of the microphone handle to access the battery compartment. Insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity, then reattach the handle.
4. Turning On the Receiver: Vend ON/OFF switch on the rear panel of the ULM300RS receiver to the 'ON' position. The POWER LED on the front panel will illuminate.
5. Turning On the Microphone: Press and hold the POWER/STATUS button on the ULM300M microphone (Figure 2) until the LED illuminates. The microphone and receiver should automatically pair, indicated by a solid green LINK LED on the receiver.

5.1 Grundlæggende betjening

• Tænd/sluk: Use the dedicated power switches on both the microphone and receiver as described in the Setup section.
• Lydstyrkekontrol: The ULM300M microphone features integrated volume up/down buttons (Figure 2). Adjust the microphone's output level as needed. It is recommended to set the microphone volume to a moderate level and make primary adjustments on your mixer to avoid accidental changes or feedback.
• Batteristatus: The ULM300RS receiver has a BATT LED indicator. A green light indicates sufficient battery power in the microphone, while a red light indicates low battery, signaling that the microphone battery needs replacement soon. The microphone also has a POWER/STATUS LED that changes color to indicate battery level.

5.2 Trådløs ydeevne

The system operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency band, offering digital clarity. The maximum range is 200 feet (60 meters). For optimal performance, maintain a clear line of sight between the microphone and the receiver. Obstructions, especially large crowds or metal structures, can reduce the effective range and signal stability.

6. Vedligeholdelse
