Before initial use, ensure the remote transmitter is fully charged. The remote requires approximately 4 hours for a full charge. Use the provided charging cable to connect the remote to a power source.
Pairing the Remote with the Collar
To ensure proper functionality, the replacement remote transmitter must be paired with your existing PetSpy P620 or P620B receiver collar. Follow these steps for synchronization:
- Trin 1: Charge the remote and the receiver collar for 4 hours.
- Trin 2: Press and hold the power button on the receiver collar for 5 seconds to turn the collar receiver off.
- Trin 3: Press and hold the power button on the receiver collar for 5 seconds until a flashing light appears. After this, you will have 16 seconds to complete the next step.
- Trin 4: Press the Vibration and Tone buttons on the remote transmitter together until you hear a long beep. Then, press the Shock button once more to complete the pairing process.
If you have two collars, repeat the steps above for both collars. Remember to set each collar to a different mode (mode A or B) on the remote if applicable.
