1. Insert Pad into Cover: If your heating pad has a removable/washable fabric cover, lay the fabric cover on a flat surface with the printing face down. Insert the pad into the cover completely. Make sure the cord and switch remain on the outside of the cover. The pad will lie flat, filling the entire cover.
2. Placering: Place the contoured heating pad around your neck and shoulders. The adjustable collar and weighted edges help ensure a personalized and snug fit.
