The Adcraft BDCF-9 is an 8.7 cubic feet chest freezer designed for commercial food storage. It features a hinged lid, manual temperature control, and a durable construction.
3. Opsætningsvejledning
3.1 Udpakning
- Remove all packaging materials, including tape and protective film.
- Inspect the freezer for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to your supplier.
- Remove the wire coated basket and any internal packing materials.
3.2 Placering

3.3 Indledende rengøring

- Connect the freezer to a dedicated 115V/60Hz/1-phase electrical outlet. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

- Allow the freezer to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in to allow refrigerants to settle.
3.5 Første opstart
After plugging in, the freezer will begin to cool. Allow the unit to operate for 4-6 hours empty to reach its operating temperature range of -4°F to -10°F before loading with food items.
4. Betjeningsvejledning
4.1 Temperaturkontrol
The BDCF-9 features manual temperature control. Locate the thermostat dial, typically on the front or side of the unit. Turn the dial to adjust the desired temperature within the range of -4°F to -10°F. A lower number on the dial usually indicates a colder setting.
4.2 Indikatorlys
The control panel includes indicator lights to show the operational status of the freezer:
- Strømlys: Illuminates when the freezer is connected to power.
- Kør lys: Illuminates when the compressor is actively cooling.
4.3 Fyldning af fryseren
- Do not overload the freezer. Allow space for air circulation around items.
- Use the provided wire coated basket for organizing smaller or frequently accessed items.
- Ensure the hinged lid is closed securely after each use to maintain temperature and energy efficiency.
5. Vedligeholdelse
5.1 Optøning
This freezer requires manual defrosting. Defrost when the frost layer on the interior walls reaches approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.
- Tag fryseren ud af stikkontakten.

- Open the drain plug located at the bottom of the freezer. Place a shallow pan or towel underneath the drain to collect water.
- Leave the lid open to allow frost to melt naturally. Do not use sharp objects or heating elements to speed up defrosting, as this can damage the unit.
- Once all frost has melted, clean the interior with a mild detergent and warm water.

5.2 Rengøring
