Setup: Setting the Time
- Find kronen: The crown is the small knob located on the right side of the watch case (refer to Figure 2).
- Træk kronen ud: Gently pull the crown outwards until you feel a click. This will stop the watch movement.

- Tryk kronen ind: Once the time is set, push the crown back into its original position. The watch will resume operation.

Your Timex Metropolitan watch is water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water.
