1. Introduktion

The Kawai ES110 is an 88-key digital piano designed to provide an authentic playing experience with its Responsive Hammer Compact Action. It features a built-in stereo speaker system, Bluetooth MIDI connectivity, 192-note polyphony, and versatile dual split modes, making it suitable for various musical applications.

2. Opsætning

2.1 Udpakning og komponentidentifikation

2.2 Tilslutning af strømadapteren

2. Connect the DC plug of the power adapter to the DC 12V jack on the rear panel of the piano.
3. Plug the AC plug of the power adapter into a suitable AC outlet.

Insert the two prongs of the music rest into the corresponding slots on the top panel of the piano, ensuring it is securely seated.

3. Grundlæggende betjening

3.1 Tænd/sluk

Tryk på MAGT button located on the left side of the control panel to turn the instrument ON. The power indicator light will illuminate. Press it again to turn the instrument OFF.

3.2 Lydstyrkekontrol

Brug MASTER VOLUME slider on the control panel to adjust the overall output volume. Slide it towards MIN for lower volume and towards MAX for higher volume.

3.3 Lydvalg

The ES110 offers 19 different instrument sounds. To select a sound:

Dual Mode allows you to layer two different sounds simultaneously. For example, you can play a piano sound with strings layered on top. To activate:

• Select your primary sound.
• Hold FUNGERE button and press the key labeled for Dual Mode activation.

Clean the keys with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners, as they may damage the key surfaces. Avoid excessive force when playing to prolong the life of the Responsive Hammer Compact Action.

7. Fejlfinding

• Check if the power adapter is securely connected and the piano is turned ON.
• Ensure the MASTER VOLUME slider is not set to minimum.
• If headphones are connected, disconnect them to enable internal speakers.
• If connected to external speakers, verify their power and volume settings.

• Check connections to external audio equipment for proper seating and impedance.
