The Brita Elite filter should be replaced approximately every 6 months or after filtering 120 gallons of water, whichever comes first. Regular replacement ensures optimal filtration performance.

- Nulstil filterindikator: If your Brita pitcher or dispenser has an electronic filter life indicator, press and hold the reset button until the indicator light turns green or resets according to your model's instructions.

9. Fejlfinding
- Langsom filtrering: If water filters slowly, ensure the filter is properly seated in the reservoir. If the filter is old, it may be clogged and require replacement.
- Black Flecks in Water: A small amount of carbon dust may appear in the first few pitchers of filtered water. This is normal and harmless. Ensure you have completed the initial flushing steps. If flecks persist, re-flush the filter.
