Nitrous System Installation

1. Mount the NOS GO Button Dispenser: Identify a suitable location on your handlebars or a readily accessible area. Use the provided UV resistant zip ties or a Velcro strap to securely mount the dispenser. Ensure it does not interfere with vehicle controls.

2. Connect NOS Hose: Attach one end of the 5 ft clear poly NOS hose to the outlet of the NOS GO Button Dispenser.
3. Install Nozzle/Tee Fitting: Determine the optimal location to introduce nitrous into your engine's intake system. This typically involves drilling a small hole in the airbox or intake manifold and installing the 3/16" nozzle and tee poly fitting. Ensure a tight, sealed fit.
4. Route NOS Hose: Carefully route the NOS hose from the dispenser to the installed nozzle/tee fitting, avoiding hot engine components, moving parts, or sharp edges. Secure the hose with additional zip ties if necessary.
5. Insert Nitrous Bottle: Insert one of the 16-gram nitrous bottles into the dispenser. The Velcro strap can be used to secure the bottle for easy replacement.
6. Engine Tuning: For optimal performance and engine safety, proper engine tuning is crucial when using nitrous oxide. This may involve adjusting carburetor jetting or fuel injection parameters. 1. Prepare Boost Bottle: The 20cc boost bottles are re-purposed from used 16-gram nitrous chargers. They are plain silver and can be painted or customized if desired.
2. Connect Boost Bottle Hose: Attach one end of the 2 ft clear poly boost bottle hose to the boost bottle.
3. Installer T-stykke: Locate a suitable vacuum port or create a new one on your engine's intake manifold or reed valve area. Install the remaining 3/16" tee poly fitting.
4. Route Boost Bottle Hose: Route the boost bottle hose from the boost bottle to the installed tee fitting, ensuring it is clear of moving parts and heat sources.
5. Mount Boost Bottle: Securely mount the boost bottle in a convenient location using zip ties or other appropriate mounting hardware.
