Reflective Safety Triangle Deployment

1. Remove the triangle from its storage case.
2. Unfold the triangle and ensure its base is stable on a flat surface.
3. Place the triangle behind your vehicle to warn oncoming traffic, typically 50-100 feet (15-30 meters) away, depending on road conditions and speed limits.

Using Jumper Cables (Booster Cables)

1. Connect one red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the dead battery.
2. Connect the other red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the good battery.
3. Connect one black (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the good battery.
4. Connect the other black (-) clamp to an unpainted metal surface on the engine block or chassis of the disabled vehicle, away from the battery and moving parts.
5. Start the engine of the good vehicle and let it run for a few minutes.
6. Attempt to start the disabled vehicle. If it starts, let both vehicles run for a few minutes.
7. Disconnect the cables in reverse order: black (-) from the disabled vehicle, black (-) from the good battery, red (+) from the good battery, red (+) from the dead battery.

Using the Tow Strap

2. Securely attach one end of the tow strap to the tow point of the disabled vehicle.
3. Securely attach the other end of the tow strap to the tow point of the towing vehicle.
4. Ensure the strap is taut before the towing vehicle begins to move.
5. The towing vehicle should move slowly and smoothly to avoid sudden jerks, which can damage vehicles or the strap.
6. Maintain a safe distance between vehicles during towing.

Dynamo LED Flashlight

This flashlight operates without batteries. To activate, repeatedly squeeze the handle to generate power. The LED light will illuminate, providing illumination in low-light conditions.

Emergency Poncho and Blanket

Use the emergency poncho for protection from rain or wind. The emergency blanket provides warmth and can help prevent hypothermia in cold conditions. Unfold and wrap around the body as needed.
